Late period ?'s: If your cycles are dependably "regular", a "brown blood" discharge may indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test in another week to be certain about possible pregnancy. If positive, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.
