Neither one: Oseltamivir is an anti-viral drug. It helps treat influenza, but no other infections or diseases of any kind. It is not an antibiotic or probiotic. It cannot help any health problem except influenza. Do not ever take it except with a doctor's advice.

Not exactly either: Oseltamivir isn’t a probiotic at all, and it isn’t exactly an antibiotic. It IS an antimicrobial and antiviral medication (while an “antibiotic” is for bacteria). Oseltamivir mainly treats and prevents the flu.
