Sure: By the standard way of counting pregnancy weeks, every woman who conceives is 2 weeks pregnant at conception. It's just the way pregnancy weeks are counted. That means during the first 13 days of pregnancy, nothing has happened, no ovulation and no conception. Can seem like a weird way to count pregnancy weeks, but that's how it is done.
