I am taking vienva birth control and missed the last four active pills in week 3. i then still took the placebo week. could this cause me to ovulate or be at high risk for pregnancy?

Oral BCP ?'s: If you had sustained use w/o a break of oral bcps previously (and did not start a package greater than seven days after the last active pill of the previous pack), what is described (missing the last four active pills and THEN using placebos for seven days) could cause ovulation to begin and pregnancy is certainly possible. Use other birth control and begin BCP's once your next period occurs.
