I have got this red spot above my genitals it's got a white top part and the base of the spot i'd red i've also had some itching in the area off and on and yesterday i went red from itching it went is this serious and what's causing it?

Skin lesion: The skin lesion you describe could be one of a few things, but is most likely is an infected hair follicle. The red part is inflammation and the white is pus, just like in a pimple. Keep the area clean and it might go away on its own, or if it gets worse and becomes painful, see a doctor. Other possibilities include herpes infection (could tell better if I could see it) or maybe a bug bite.
