Skin lesion: The skin lesion you describe could be one of a few things, but is most likely is an infected hair follicle. The red part is inflammation and the white is pus, just like in a pimple. Keep the area clean and it might go away on its own, or if it gets worse and becomes painful, see a doctor. Other possibilities include herpes infection (could tell better if I could see it) or maybe a bug bite.
