Agree with Dr. F: You may take contraceptive pills before becoming sexually active. In fact it is a good idea. Take HPV vaccine. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, when you do, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
