I know i am going to sound like a huge idiot, but if i accidently spilled a bottle of regular cleaning lysol on my genitals will it affect my sperm count or sterilize me? if it did will it be permanent?

No problem!: Spilling cleaner on yourself externally may cause some irritation of the skin, but it absolutely will not affect your sperm production and/or counts. Put your mind at ease, and have "clean sex" next time.
