A member asked:

Between preservative and non preservative tear drops, which works fast better and effective on swollen cornea ? also recommend me a excellent brand !

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Swollen cornea?: There are no tear drops for a swollen cornea. Hypertonic saline solution, 5% sodium chloride, is used to reduce swelling from corneal edema. This can also occur from inflammation. In that case you need to have the inflammation treated. I suggest you go eye doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
