Dr i have stomach cramps, did have diarrhea and still not feel fine. i am light headed and tired all the time?

I 'm not sure how long you have had these symptoms, but if you are lightheaded and tired, with diarrhea, you may have an infection or another intestinal problem. I would recommend you have an in-person examination with your doctor. You also may be dehydrated, which is another reason to seek medical care in-person soon. If the symptoms become worse, you may need an emergency room visit.
