A member asked:

Is xylocaine (lidocaine) gel effective in avoiding premature ejaculation?if yes, how to apply the same and what can be its side effects?

Xilocaine gel: That is because it makes the mucosa of the gland of the penis numb. As such, the physical excitement is diminished and you could go longer before ejaculating. Use it only in moderate quantities and only for normal sex and not for oral sex because it is dangerous for the other partner. The urologist is the one that could prescribed it . Usually the age and experience solves this problem.
