Post C/S bleeding ?: Bleeding is of course common after a delivery, either vaginal or C/S. A "birth control injection" is a progestin, and menstrual irregularities as well as bleeding may be associated. Also common are possible retained portions of the placenta or membranes, which can cause persistent bleeding. See your OB physician who performed the C/S for an exam and evaluation.
