You don't: Detection of pregnancy using present technology requires the conception implant on the wall of the womb. The mass of cells must then create hormones that can be detected in blood or urine samples. An estimated 1/3 of conceptions will shed without implanting. The process takes time so about 2 weeks or when the menses is delayed/missed is when tests can find the hormones.
