I did a prednisone burst 30mg for 8 days, now a short taper of 20,20, 10,10 follows. is that too abrupt? it's only 12 days total but i'm worried it's too fast. it was for severe muscle pulls/pain/fibro?

SHOULD BE OK: It is a little short but not terrible. What are you experiencing now as far as the muscles and any withdrawal? Should be alright.
