Plan B : Plan B causes a temporary cycle irregularity. Its purpose is to delay or disrupt ovulation. If you had unprotected sex again after taking it then you will need to take another. Consider seeing an Obgyn to discuss more reliable birth control options. Many of the options can give you excellent menstrual cycle control.
