For the past two months, after mowing the lawn and having the lawnmower pull my arms too hard, i have had intermittent sharp pain in the outside of my right armpit and when i take deep breaths. what could this be?

MUSCULAR: My first thought is a pulled muscle from the lawnmower. This is the most likely. Difficult to say with out more information and physical exam. On the right side is your lungs, ribs, and below ribs is gall bladder and liver.
