Pregnant ?'s: After uterine ablation, intra-uterine pregnancy is unusual. Pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) may occur in your Fallopian tubes, in which case "home pregnancy testing" may be negative. To be certain, obtain a serum HCG test. If positive, see your gyn physician for an exam and other treatment.
