Let it heal: The adage of a "stitch in time saves nine" is not appropriate in this instance. since the bleeding has stopped. However, given the location, blood vessels, and its' sensitivity, preventing infection is tantamount. Keep the area "clean" by washing gently with a antibacterial soap. Wipe from front to back after urination and defecation. See a GYN MD if swelling or pain continues as soon as possible.
