Positive,no symptoms: If you continue without symptoms you may come out of isolation after 10 days. There is no specific treatment for covid19, but I recommend drinking good amounts of fluids daily and gargling with warm saltwater a few times a day and I would use zinc lozenges a few times a day. I would take 400 units of Vitamin D a day.

No specific meds: Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
