See your doctor: Depending on when the piercings were and what exactly the "pimples" look like, they could be one of several issues. Often after ear piercing a bump develops called a keloid which is an exaggerated scar. If there is redness or pus, it could be infected. If there is redness or clear drainage, or crusting, it could be a reaction to the metal in the earring. Best to see a doctor to diagnose and treat.
