Maybe: A discharge often means germs have entered the moist vaginal walls & are feeding off the normal vaginal mucus. This could be a minor vaginitis or an STD. Some of the common STD's do not trigger much in the way of symptoms in either gender. If you are sexually active you will need to begin the process of being screened occasionally for infection. Some will make you sterile if not treated.
