I had a yellowish green discharge one week after intercourse, theres no bad smell and no painful urination. the only symptom was the discharge. i took a clotrimazole 500mg pessary and developed burning urination the next day. is this normal?

Probably an STD: The main symptom of vaginal yeast infection is itching and irritation; if there is discharge, it's usually small in amount and white. Colored discharge ("yellowish green") usually means other infection -- and given the timing, gonorrhea and chlamydia are the best gbets. Urinary burning also goes along with these. Stop trying to treat yourself and get professional care ASAP. Good luck.
