I think i have razor burn, but the rash is peeling, its itchy and my entire private area is itchy. it has gotten less itchy as the days have gone by. but its also a bit inflamed and it doesnt look great down there. how do i treat this?

Folliculitis: It seems you have folliculitis (inflammation affecting hair root) aggravated by shaving. Cleanse the affected area with povidone-iodine solution twice a day for a few days. If no response, a course of antibiotic treatment will be needed.
