Hello, the area between my anus and vagina is swollen and there is redness, however i don't feel any pain or discomfort. i am concerned however because i know this can't be normal. thank you?

Get checked: The differential diagnosis is vast. The swelling could be a sign of infection. However, the lack of discomfort speaks against that. Neoplasm (abnormal growth) is always a concern. Of course, this could also be a normal reaction to an irritant or irritation. A thorough history and physical exam are key elements to an accurate diagnosis.
