I'm trying to conceive but i'm having irregular periods which makes it difficult for me to know when i'm ovulating because the calculation is confusing. for some months, it can be 27days, for some 28, some 29 days and recently 31days. how do i know?

14 days before: Ovulation occurs 14 days before you have your period. You can use your past history to determine the likely days of ovulation. You can also use a home ovulation kit if you are trying to get pregnant. It sounds like your periods are actually quite predictable since you only mention a few days of variation.
