See a doctor: The answer to your question requires a detailed history. How long have you had this? Do you have any other symptoms? Have you had any other illnesses in your life? Have you been exposed to anything risky lately? And so on. Many more questions. Then you need to be examined by a physician to see if there are any abnormalities that explain the symptoms. Only then will the physician select tests.
