Best performance: People perform their best when they get adequate restorative sleep, are properly nourished, in good health & in a comfortable setting. These are also components that must be part of an evaluation for focus disorders. Just because you think you have ADD doesn't mean you do or don't. Unless you can exclude the other issues Just ask your doc. The issue is not that uncommon.

Neuropsychologists: Neuropsychologists also are capable of incredibly detailed and nuanced adult ADHD evaluations. I refer all of my adult ADHD to a local neuropsychologist for comprehensive ADHD and other types of testing, and he is worth his weight in gold.
