Nexplanon is working: The purpose of a birth control implant is continuous pregnancy prevention. The implant works fine, regardless of ejaculations or whatever else is going on that day. After getting married, settling down, and having stable jobs that provide health insurance (babies have lots of doctor visits), one can consider removing the implant and having babies, if wanting to start a family.
