My son (16) vomited on tuesday evening 22 sept 2020, and there was no repeat vomiting. he does not have fever soar throat or any other covid symptom. i just want to know whats the next step.should we go for a covid test or not? we have been isolating

COVID 19 concerns: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. It that was his only symptom, than COVID 19 is not likely to be the cause.
