Get evaluated: Your pain sounds serious. If you have fever, vomiting or this pain lasts more than a few hours then get evaluated. You could have appendicitis. There are several other possibilities, kidney stone, hernia, mass but appendicitis needs urgent attention. Okay to call your doc, visit er or minor er. Good luck.
