Medication: Per Drugs.Com "ou could halve the pill if you needed to. It doesn't have any extended release coating." Normally pills that can be cut can also be crushed. However, if you have problem with taking pills, you can ask your doctor for Azithromycin in suspension. https://www.drugs.com/ppa/azithromycin-systemic.html
