No: First of all, drug testing in newborn infant is usually done when mother tests positive. If you continue to abstain from taking marijuana, same substance will not be detected in urine or blood sample.

Depends: If you showed up on a Child & Family services watch list in my state I would be obliged to do some specific tests that could detect such exposure. Baby does carry some evidence for exposures after 12 wks. However, if you don't hang with a crowd that triggers the question of drug use they won't even look.
