last night i put zinc oxide ointment on my vulva but some of it stayed at the entrance of my vagina and the interior of the labia minora and this morning i woke up with a bad inflammation in that area, what can i do to get rid of it? thank you?

Inflammation: It is unusual that zinc oxide provoked inflammation as it is often recommended for treatment of vulval irritation. Try switching to A&D cream or coconut oil.
