A member asked:

Does apple cider vinegar pills interfere with birth control pills?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not, but: Apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar is not needed for good health. Apple cider vinegar is not an FDA-approved medication, so its effects and side effects are mostly uncertain (due to a lack of good research). As with everything else in life, too much can become a bad thing. That means a tiny bit of any vinegar a day might be fine, but taking a lot can hurt the body.
