I washed my underwear with discharge in eco washing machine at 90 degrees. one underwear had spot (like discharge wasnt fully removed). i put it with my other clothes, in suitcase before noticed it. did i spread bacterias? and put others at risk?

Little or no risk: It's unclear whether you noticed this before or after washing. If after, for sure there is no risk of contaminating the other clothes. If before, the answer depends in part on the cause. If you have an STD (which must be on your mind, since you chose it as a topic tag), there is little or no risk of contaminating other clothes, and no chance of infecting others except by having sex with them.
