Abscess? Herpes?: Maybe a small abscess, although the location is atypical for that. Herpes is always a possible explanation of genital sores if sexually active. What do you see if you examine it closely, e.g. with a mirror and maybe magnifying glass? Herpes would be likely if it looks blister-like, or if additional similar bumps occur. If herpes, it's more likely a recurrent outbreak than newly acquired.
