Check preg test: First step is to check a pregnancy test and make sure she is actually pregnant. If not then see an obgyn to discuss irregular periods, polycystic ovarian syndrome testing and assess the need for birth control. If yes then schedule a prenatal visit. You are saying that she likely got pregnant in mid feb which is two months ago and would make her two months pregnant.
