3 months if well: Generally, if you are feeling great at about 3 months after that particular surgery, and you have done the proper professional and then home based rehabilitative strengthening and stretching, then you can slowly attempt to jog and then run. Risks of bungee jumping are about the same as they would be for someone who has not had this surgery by about three months as long as you are feeling great.
