High plasma creat: If you have the correct units you will likely need to go on dialysis. Look at lab report for eGFR. Likely very severe kidney disease.

Renal failure: If the test was done correctly and your serum creatinine is 10.0mg/dL you are in end stage renal failure and will need dialysis and/or kidney transplant. It is imperative that you discuss it with the doctor who ordered the test. Wish you good health!
