Pneumonia?: Hi. Pneumonia is a lung infection, it could be viral or bacterial!? Also other forms of bugs can cause that but rare like TB infection or even fungal infection in low immune people like HIV. Few elderly people can present with no symptoms at the beginning of the infection otherwise, almost every time there should be symptoms like fever, cough, chest pain, Chillies, etc.
