Is it normal for period cramps to hurt the most on the first couple days of the period? and how can i stop the pain & the naisea caused by it?

Yes: The first few days are usually when cramps are the worst and are also often accompanied by nausea and sometimes diarrhea and vomiting.If you are very regular,you can take ibuprofen 1-2 days prior to your period starting(if no medical issue with taking).That often helps with those symptoms,but may not stop them altogether.If no relief ,please contact your doctor for other possible treatment.
