does the product called miracle hair work like propecia (finasteride) or rogain? i saw this stuff at a walmart store and was curious if this product cure baldness.

No: Baldness is a hereditary condition. Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia can grow some hair, but does not "cure " baldness. A hair transplant can be closer to a permanent fix.
