Asthma plan: Please have a physician visit with your PCP or with Healthtap. Your asthma is not in control and a course of steroids and/or antibiotics may be indicated. Sputum production indicates an infection or an inflammatory reaction. If there is blood in your mucus, please see the Emergency room, flecks of brown may indicate a fungal infection. A chest image and pulmonary function testing is advised
