What is best iron supplement to be taken for mild anemia case? in my case anemia is most likely due to long term use if omeprazole.

Anemia: It's necessary to accurately determine the cause for your anemia. Long-term use of omeprazole can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency which is a cause of anemia. Check your serum B12 and iron levels if not already done. Iron deficiency in your age group is usually due to blood loss from the gastrointestinal tract and stool tests for occult blood, colonoscopy and/or gastroscopy are then checked.
