Even mild gingivitis isa bacterial infection that has been associated with heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, etc. See a Dentist for an examination and professional cleaning. Then follow all instructions as gumdiseasewill not only cause local damage, but also systemic damage. Clean up your act.
