A member asked:

I want to know what can be wrong ive got a chest pain its worst at night it feels almost like something is stuck there and my body burns and ache sometimes and ive got headache?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests acid reflux, If you are overweight, it would be useful to lose weight as abdominal fat increases intraabdominal pressure and cause reflux. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
