Yes, you could be.: You could still be pregnant, but only time will tell. If you are having any pain or cramping in your lower abdomen, you should go to your doctor now and get a blood test to confirm whether your beta HCG level is elevated. It is possible with the brown spotting and late period, you could have a tubal pregnancy. If you do not get your period within the next week, see your doctor for a blood test.
