COVID 19: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Please quarantine. Testing is the only way to know if you are COVID 19 positive.
