Bad but good: The "pullout" method is not a form of effective contraception and is a "bad" choice for the same. However, with the Nexplanon in place, you are "good to go" without pregnancy worries as the medicine has had time to suppress ovulation if it was inserted at the time of your period. If not, Plan B is needed.
