ZA or USA?: Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion. My understanding is that in South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not.
