Ive been used the assured aloe and moisturizer hand sanitizer for some time and it just appeared as recalled. what should i do? should i get checked for methanol poisoning?

Not particularly: You get methanol poisoning by drinking it. You might inhale enough vapors to be a problem if used in a confined space, but not enough enters your skin to be a problem. Just return the product to its vendor.
